Job Summary
Responsible for the safe, orderly, successful, and superior operation of the acac Kids Zone. Staffing the Kids Zone including team scheduling, hiring, and training; monitor team productivity and provide coaching; foster a customer-service driven team culture; conduct team performance evaluations; manage member communications and event participation; handle member issues per club policies; develop and support events to promote the department and club; maintain scheduled hours; ensure equipment and work areas are safe and clean; collaborate with other department managers to troubleshoot issues and drive club success; participate in club-wide duties and ensure a five-star service experience for members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Prior professional childcare experience required
- Prior experience with leading and supervising teams highly preferred
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
