Job Summary
Provide supervision and care for children in KidsWorld, leading activities and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Responsibilities include supervising children, leading arts and crafts, story time, games, and activities; enforcing KidsWorld policies; maintaining safety and cleanliness; checking in/out with fees; transporting children to classes; communicating with parents; promoting youth programs; and assisting in weekend events. Requires caring demeanor, strong communication, patience, multitasking, knowledge of childcare principles, and CPR/First Aid certification; HS diploma or equivalent and background check required. Location: San Jose, CA (part-time).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Must pass criminal background check
