Job Summary
Kids Van Driver responsible for safely transporting Team Members' dependent children, coordinating Kids Van scheduling with schools/agencies, conducting introductory family meetings for new van requests, and communicating route changes. Duties include routine van inspections, assisting the front desk, and ensuring welfare of children in care. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, a valid Class D Chauffeurs license, CPR/First Aid certification, strong verbal and written communication, and team-oriented problem solving.
Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
- Ability to conduct introductory family meetings for new van requests
- Ability to negotiate and communicate schedules with schools agencies and care providers
- Ability to communicate route schedules and changes to Team Members HR and other Kids Van Drivers
- Responsible for welfare of children in care
- Strong teamwork and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus
