Kids Tennis Activity Leader

Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis and Pickleball sessions to elementary students (Grades K–5) across Bay Area sites. Lead and manage tennis/coaching classes (8–16 students), attend a two-day training or shadowing before starting, take attendance, interact with parents and school staff, and capture a few class photos for documentation. Roles span Summer Camps, After School Programs, and Saturday Clinics; programs run Sept–June and June–August with varying daily schedules (1 class per day during After School, potential extended hours, and weekend clinics). Equipment provided; coaching opportunities across multiple schools; all coaching activities are in-person and require strong communication, reliability, and a love for working with kids.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Good communication and class management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
