Job Summary
Kids Supervisor at Life Time oversees and delivers engaging, safe, and entertaining activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. Responsibilities include greeting members, leading interactive activities (storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, games), maintaining a safe environment, managing cleaning and staffing checklists, promoting Life Time Kids programs and services, and conducting Team Member Evaluations with coaching and feedback. Must meet education/certification requirements and complete required certifications within designated timeframes. Strong customer service and communication skills preferred; experience with children is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
