Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while engaging children in interactive activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor the environment to ensure safety regarding toys, equipment, and interactions among children. Manage operational documentation, audit processes, and delegate cleaning checklists and staffing duties. Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, mandatory Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications, and First Aid, Infant/Child, and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days. Life Time offers a comprehensive ecosystem of well-being experiences across 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
