Job Summary
Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests while engaging children in interactive activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe, healthy environment regarding toys, sports equipment, and surroundings. Manage operational documentation, audit cleaning checklists, delegate staffing, and promote Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Complete team member evaluations, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure all required certifications including CPR/AED and state/federal requirements are met before the first day of work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
