Job Summary
Greet members and guests while engaging children in interactive activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor the environment to ensure safety regarding toys, equipment, and other children, while managing operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists. Delegate staffing duties and promote Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Complete team member evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed. This hourly position starts at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50 based on experience. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and complete required certifications, including CPR/AED and Kids On-Demand Learning, before the first day of work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
