Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while engaging children in interactive activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor interactions to maintain a safe, healthy environment regarding toys, equipment, and surroundings. Manage operational documentation, delegate cleaning checklists, and oversee staffing. Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Complete team evaluations and provide coaching feedback. Maintain infant/child CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire. This role supports Life Time's ecosystem of over 160 athletic country clubs, fostering a community where everyone lives a happier, healthier life.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children

- Customer service and strong communication skills
