Kids Sales Associate

Kids furniture retail role: Greet and engage customers in a Kids showroom, uncover home-furnishings needs to help design the room, generate sales through consultative selling, build rapport with customers, and encourage additional product purchases. Work as a team to achieve sales goals and explain financing and protection plans. Responsible for delivering strong customer service, using tablets and touch screens, and adapting to a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes uncapped monthly commissions with earnings around $50k-$70k/year. Qualifications include strong communication skills, a customer-service background, and the ability to work in a retail environment; 2+ years of retail sales experience is preferred but not required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Rooms To Go is an equal opportunity employer.
