Job Summary
Greet and engage customers, uncover their home furnishing needs, and generate sales through a consultative approach. Build rapport via strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening, then encourage additional products to complete the room while working as a team to achieve sales goals. Explain financing and protection plans, demonstrating product value that fulfills customer needs. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
