Job Summary
The Kids Production Coordinator provides operational excellence, technical support, and team collaboration across production areas including audio, lighting, and video systems. Responsible for preparing stages and workflows for services, conferences, and events involving the Kids ministry, coordinating with contracted engineers and production professionals, assisting with installation and maintenance of production equipment, maintaining inventories, and supporting recruitment, training, and development of production volunteers to ensure high-level execution across services and multi-campus events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a live production environment
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to work with both professional staff and volunteers
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, conferences, and special events
