Kids Place School-age care CE Educator | Susan Lindgren Elementary

Monitor program activities to ensure child safety and a proper learning environment while supervising and engaging children in groups or one-on-one interactions. Teach, play, and interact with students throughout the day, facilitating social, recreational, and conflict resolution skills through games, role-playing, and program events. Collaborate with the Site Supervisor, Program Coordinator, and staff to address program needs, events, or behavioral issues, and maintain attendance sheets. Discuss child development issues with families and provide guidance. Attend training sessions to keep skills and certifications current. Work with other program staff to deal with disciplinary or behavioral issues. Maintain a safe, nurturing, academically enriching environment for children in grades K-5 across multiple sites including Aquila, Peter Hobart, PSI, and Susan Lindgren.
