Job Summary
Teach beginner-level pickleball and other sports classes for children ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans. Manage groups of 8–16 students, take attendance, and maintain a safe, positive learning environment. Communicate professionally with parents and school staff while taking program documentation photos. Complete a 2-day unpaid training and shadowing session before starting. Work Monday through Friday after school or during summer camps, with Saturday clinics available for qualified coaches. Must be 19+, have a valid driver's license, and live in the Bay Area. Join Euro School of Tennis to help kids build confidence and stay active across the region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
- Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
Desired Qualifications
- Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
