Job Summary
Support the Kids Ministry Coordinator with class preparation, management, and curriculum copy for all campuses. Welcome and assist new families with check-ins, policies, and questions while maintaining organized classroom inventory. Open and close all kids classrooms for every service and assist in organizing, cleaning, and stocking equipment in the children's area. Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events, including campus-wide activities like Harvest parties and VBS. Build positive relationships with families and adapt to a rapidly changing environment while following through on assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Agree to ACC's doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision Statement
- Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scripture
- Possess strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate kindness, humility, and self-awareness in interactions with others
- A love and calling toward ministry to children and families
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to problem-solve and multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and projects
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
