Job Summary
Instruct and supervise children aged 3 months to 11 years in Kids Academy programming, organizing and delivering safe, fun, educational/fitness-minded activities and games. Greets members and guests professionally, transfers kids to and from programming, maintains attendance and development records, monitors safety, communicates with parents and team members, and may host parties/events. Promote junior programming to increase participation; maintain program areas per cleaning checklist and restock supplies. Required: First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire. Preferred: 6+ months experience teaching children in similar programs.
