Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while instructing organized activities for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Prepare for classes, manage attendance records, and monitor the environment to ensure safety with respect to equipment and surroundings. Utilize positive behavior management techniques, communicate clearly with parents, host parties, and handle incidents calmly. Maintain program areas by following cleaning checklists, restocking supplies, and completing required certifications. This hourly position offers wages up to $21.50, with benefits including subsidized memberships, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Less than a High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of teaching children ages 3 – 11 in similar programs or activities
- Ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
