Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while organizing and instructing safe, fun activities for children aged three months to 11 years. Prepare for classes, manage attendance records, and monitor the environment to ensure safety regarding equipment and surroundings. Utilize positive behavior management to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, and handle incidents calmly. Host parties and events, promote Junior programming to increase participation, and maintain program areas by following cleaning checklists and restocking supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of teaching children ages 3 – 11 in similar programs or activities
- Ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
