Job Summary
Greet members and guests while instructing organized activities for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Prepare for classes, manage attendance records, and maintain a safe environment by monitoring equipment and surroundings. Host parties and events, restock supplies, and complete cleaning checklists. Utilize positive behavior management techniques and communicate clearly with parents and team members. Handle incidents and emergencies calmly. First Aid, CPR/AED, and Kids On-Demand certifications required within 60 days. Hourly wages starting at $15.00, up to $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- Less than a High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of teaching children ages 3 – 11 in similar programs or activities
- Ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
