Job Summary
Organize, instruct, and implement safe, fun, and entertaining activities for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Greet members and guests professionally while fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through structured programming. Prepare for classes, manage attendance records, and maintain a clean, safe environment by monitoring equipment and applying positive behavior management techniques. Host parties and events to promote Junior programming participation. Handle incidents and emergencies calmly. Requires First Aid, CPR/AED certification, and completion of Kids On-Demand trainings. Hourly wages start at $14.00, up to $17.50.
Required Qualifications
- Less than a High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of teaching children ages 3 – 11 in similar programs or activities
- Ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
