Job Summary
Prepare the Kids For All Seasons facility daily, supervise on-floor operations, and deliver personalized service to children and VIPs while adhering to corporate core standards. React to scheduling changes or weather shifts with prepared backup plans, ensuring proper hygiene and equipment functionality. Converse with guests regarding the hotel and SPA, handle requests and complaints, and respond appropriately to any emergency or safety situation. Process orders, collect payment, and participate fully in departmental training. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and build rapport with parents utilizing the club's child activity services.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong attention to safety and child welfare
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, recreation, or related environment preferred
- Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, patient, caring, and responsible personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
