Job Summary
Greet guests and facilitate supervised activities for children's birthday parties, ensuring participants remain active, engaged, and safe. Demonstrate games to party participants while responding promptly to questions, complaints, or conflicts. Maintain a friendly, professional environment by interacting with members and guests throughout the event. Requires High School diploma, ability to lift over 20 lbs, and completion of First Aid, Infant/Child, and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire. State or federal requirements must be met prior to the first day of work. Life Time operates over 160 athletic country clubs, offering a comprehensive ecosystem for well-being across all ages.
Required Qualifications
- HS
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements
