Job Summary
Lead children ages three to thirteen through interactive activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Engage up to ten kids in organized sports, singing, and games, acting as a positive role model with courtesy and professionalism. Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue while ensuring all supplies, snacks, and drinks align with the department budget. Maintain cleanliness and order of programming throughout the shift. Requires first aid, infant/child, and adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience
- First Aid
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED
- Ability to tolerate loud noises
- Ability to frequently stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to use hands, objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
