Kids Event Supervisor

Job Summary
Greet members and guests while engaging children in interactive activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor interactions to maintain a safe environment for toys, equipment, and other children. Manage operational documentation, delegate cleaning checklists, and oversee staffing for Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Complete team evaluations and provide coaching as needed. First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire. Life Time offers comprehensive well-being experiences across 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
