Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of kids weekend gatherings (Birth-6th Grade), ensuring excellence in curriculum, teaching, safety, worship, and volunteer scheduling. Run Sunday Huddles to prepare and equip volunteers while creating a welcoming environment for families. Develop engaging ministry for 5th/6th graders, review curriculum, and lead Faith Moments including baptisms and dedications. Coordinate KidsCare for bible studies and Mom's With Littles, recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to maintain proper ratios. Build genuine relationships with parents through events and communication strategies that connect them into Growth Groups. Collaborate with the Community Life Pastor, other campus directors, and the broader staff team to align ministry with church-wide vision and events.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must have a heart for ministry
- Bachelor's degree in ministry, education, child development, or related field
