Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Experience in education, early childhood development, childcare, tutoring, or related fields (preferred)
- Ability to work in clients' homes or community-based settings
