Job Summary
Teach beginner-level classes for children ages 5–10 using company lesson plans while managing groups of 8–16 students. Create a safe, positive learning environment and handle student sign-in/out procedures. Communicate professionally with parents and school staff, and take occasional class photos for documentation. Complete a 2-day unpaid training and shadowing session prior to starting. Schedule options include summer camps (June–August), after-school programs (September–May), and Saturday clinics, with pay ranging from $18–$24 per hour or $50–$65 per session. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, live in the Bay Area, and provide a photo and short biography.
Required Qualifications
- At least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
- Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
Desired Qualifications
- Playing or coaching experience
- USPTA/PTR certification
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
