Job Summary
Supervise all children checked into the Kids Crunch department by building a safe, clean environment and providing proper registration and check-out. Watch and care for children to ensure safety, initiate games and arts & crafts projects, and bottle-feed babies or assist with eating needs per parental direction. Maintain a calm environment, clean and sanitize toys, keep the area free of hazards, and answer childcare phones while communicating child updates to parents. Provide toy and educational tool recommendations, facilitate member requests, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards in the Team Member Handbook. Obtain or maintain valid Child/Infant CPR certification and complete background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- Complete and pass a Backround Screen
- Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
- Stand, bend and squat with frequency
- Climb and hang decorations when needed
- All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- To be eligible for employment at Fitness Ventures LLC applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements and maintain their eligibility to work in the United States throughout their employment
- Applicants must also provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
