Kids Crunch Attendant

The Kids Crunch Attendant provides a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for children while parents utilize the fitness facility. Responsibilities include supervising children, conducting accurate registration/check-in/check-out, engaging children with age-appropriate activities, assisting with infant care (bottle feeding and meals as directed), maintaining a calm, organized childcare space, sanitizing toys and areas, ensuring safety, handling childcare-related inquiries, communicating with parents, recommending age-appropriate activities and materials, and supporting club programs and events. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus CPR certification and ability to pass background screening; 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
