Job Summary
Kids Crunch Attendant provides a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for children while parents utilize the fitness facility. Responsibilities include supervising children, registration/check-in/check-out, age-appropriate activities (games, arts and crafts, educational play), infant care including bottle feeding as directed, maintaining a sanitary space, responding to inquiries, communicating with parents, and upholding childcare policies and safety standards. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, background screening, strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Part-time role with opportunities for advancement and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous experience working with children in childcare, educational, recreational, or related setting preferred
- Current Child and Infant CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- Additional certifications as required by state or local regulations
- Successful completion of a background screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
