Job Summary
Kids Crunch Attendant provides a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for children while parents use the fitness facility. Responsibilities include supervising children at all times, conducting accurate registration/check-in/check-out, engaging in age-appropriate activities (games, arts and crafts, educational play), caring for infants (including bottle feeding and meals as directed), maintaining health and safety standards, sanitizing space and toys, handling inquiries from members/parents, and assisting with club programs and events. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, background screening, and strong customer-service/communication skills. Employment eligibility and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds are required. The role is part-time and located at Midland, TX, USA facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous experience with children in childcare/educational/recreational settings preferred
- Current Child and Infant CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- Additional certifications as required by state/local regulations
- Successful completion of a background screening
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and attentiveness in a fast-paced environment
