Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a smile while providing proper registration and check-out for children and parents. Watch and care for children to ensure their safety, initiating games, arts & crafts projects, and maintaining a calm, friendly atmosphere. Keep the working area clean and organized by sanitizing toys and removing sharp objects. Be courteous in answering the phone and communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians. Follow all policies, procedures, and standards while cross-training on Member Services job responsibilities. This role requires split shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a projected start date of mid-November.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work split shifts morning and evening and weekends
- Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
- Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
- Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

- Experience in a service-oriented environment
