Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to fans and families visiting the Kids Clubhouse and Family Deck by actively engaging with guests, overseeing play activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include operating high-tech equipment, managing crowd control, and seeking feedback to enhance guest experiences. Collaboration with other staff and strong interpersonal skills are essential for creating a welcoming environment and addressing any issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be trustworthy and dependable.
- Ability to analyze situations and solve problems effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and operate basic computer operating programs (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, tablets, etc.).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or Early Childhood Education students preferred.
- Familiarity with basic baseball skills, such as hitting, pitching, and running techniques, or the capacity to acquire these skills.
