Job Summary
Kids Club Teammate role in Fitness Connection focused on safety, supervision, and engagement for children in the Kids Club. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, verifying sign-in/out, supervising activities, maintaining attendance records, communicating with parents, ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of the play area, managing supplies, participating in training, supporting the Kid’s Club Supervisor and Club Manager, and documenting incidents. Must deliver a nurturing, organized environment with strong communication and multitasking abilities; schedule flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Certification in Infant and Child First Aid and CPR & AED is required within 90 days of employment.
