Job Summary
Provide a safe, engaging Kids Club experience by supervising and guiding children, ensuring they remain in the designated safe area, and enforcing company policies. Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day, sign in/out procedures, and maintain accurate records of children present. Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the Kid’s Club, manage supplies, and report any safety concerns. Participate in required training and support the Kid’s Club Supervisor and Club Manager in daily operations. Demonstrate a nurturing, patient, and professional demeanor, multitask in a dynamic environment, and remain flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Certification in Infant and Child First Aid and CPR & AED is required within 90 days of employment.
