Job Summary
Welcome, greet, and interact with members, prospects, guests, and children while projecting a positive, friendly, and caring attitude. Engage with kids consistently through activities, prioritize safety, and administer first aid as needed. Complete daily cleaning tasks to the Chuze standard and maintain knowledge of front desk operations, including membership tours, pricing, point-of-sale transactions, and answering phones. Assist in all Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, check-ins and check-outs, reviewing reports, and addressing guardian concerns. Create detailed incident reports for children as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Touring the club: walking and climbing stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
- Standing for long periods
- Repetitive phone work
- Typing and computer operations
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Background checks are required for some positions
