Job Summary
Provide a welcoming experience for Chuze members and their children by managing sign-ups, check-ins, and check-outs while running fun, enriching activities. Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing concerns as needed. Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space. Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours, and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of previous childcare experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
- Ability to maintain a positive rapport with children
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
