Kids Club Team Leader

Assist the smooth running of the Kids Club on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. Create new, unique and interesting kid's activities that draw upon the best cultural offerings of the area while ensuring outsourced service providers meet quality standards. Lead the implementation of all health and safety codes, supervise assigned children in the Kid's Club area, and provide childcare including paging parents for discipline issues or personal needs. Conduct all activities in a positive and professional manner, ensuring parents have signed agreements and completed check-in registers. Responsible for general cleaning duties including disinfecting toys and reporting child health concerns to the Recreation Manager. Maintain a strong working environment with other departments and ensure individual checking in the child is listed on the Kid's Club Agreement/Information Form.
