Kids Club Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily Kids Club activities and Teen Club programs at a luxury resort, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for children, supervising Animators, coordinating with the Kids Club Manager on staff training and performance, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Responsibilities include program distribution, parent/guardian registrations and emergency documentation, maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, developing age-appropriate activities reflecting local culture, reporting incidents, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Must ensure adherence to child-safety policies, maintain First Aid certifications among staff, and contribute to ISO and quality compliance initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to design and lead engaging children’s activities within a hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in childcare or recreational environments, ideally in a supervisory capacity
