Job Summary
Lead and plan the before-school, after-school, and summer full-day school-age childcare programs at Normandale Elementary School. Direct program staff, coordinate enriching activities and events, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment in line with the district’s mission and values. Requires an Associate’s degree in recreation/education/child development or related field, at least two years of related experience, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and CPI within six months of hire. Competitive hourly wages ($29.51–$31.99) with a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in recreation, education, child development or a related field
- at least two (2) years of related work experience
- CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certifications upon hire or within six months of employment
