Kids Club Manager

Coordinate daily activities and programs for children, including arts and crafts, sports, and educational sessions, while ensuring age-appropriate engagement and safety. Supervise Kids Club staff, manage shift scheduling, and provide performance feedback to maintain service quality. Implement strict safety protocols, conduct facility inspections, and enforce hygiene practices across play areas. Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to foster a welcoming environment. Assist in inventory management, maintain accurate attendance and incident records, and prepare operational reports for management. Collaborate with Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure seamless operations.
