Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards while managing inventory, supplies, and budget. Develop and evaluate age-appropriate activity schedules and themed events, recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain high service levels. Deliver exceptional experiences for children and families by communicating with parents regarding participation and well-being, and promptly handling guest feedback and incidents. Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to plan creative programs and seasonal activities, maintaining accurate records of incidents, attendance, and staff certifications. Requires a degree in Hospitality, Education, or Childcare with at least two years of experience in children's recreation or entertainment management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Recreation, Childcare, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in children's recreation, childcare, or entertainment management in similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of child safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
