Job Summary
Kids Club Manager oversees daily Kids Club operations, schedules age-appropriate activities and themed events, manages inventory and budget under Entertainment Manager, recruits and trains the Kids Club team, delivers high-quality customer service to children and families, communicates with parents about participation and well-being, handles guest feedback and incidents, collaborates on new programs and seasonal activities, and maintains records of incidents, attendance, and staff certifications. Requires a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Recreation, Childcare, or related field and minimum 2 years in children’s recreation, childcare, or entertainment management; strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of child safety/safeguarding; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
