Job Summary
Kids Club Manager at Rixos Phu Quoc leads the overall planning, management, and supervision of Kids Club and Teen Club operations, delivering safe, engaging experiences for children while supporting guests and parents. Responsibilities include designing and improving programs, leading staff recruitment and development, ensuring health and safety compliance (including ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002), coordinating events and cross‐department collaboration, managing budgets and records, and acting as the main point of contact for families. The role requires leadership, program development and creativity, strong communication and customer service, problem‐solving and crisis management, and budget planning. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proven experience in childcare or recreation management, with a focus on child safety and guest service standards.
Required Qualifications
