Job Summary
Engage with and supervise children in a playroom while parents work out, creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all kids. Follow TruFit safety and cleanliness protocols consistently. Maintain the ability to connect with children of various ages and make them feel secure. Prior work experience in a daycare or childcare environment is required, along with infant and child first aid, CPR/AED certification, and references. This role supports TruFit Athletic Clubs' mission to help people become their best selves across over 40 locations, fostering a culture of integrity, service, courage, responsibility, and passion.
