Job Summary
Supervise children at all times to ensure safety, well-being, and adherence to club rules while assisting Animators during activities. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Rixy Club area, and prepare, arrange, and store toys and equipment properly. Create and maintain inventory records, report damaged or missing items, and communicate politely with parents regarding child information forms. Monitor behavior and intervene appropriately, providing basic first aid and reporting incidents per procedures. Ensure full compliance with ISO IMS requirements, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Food Safety systems. Be aware of club timings, facilities, promotions, and prices.
Required Qualifications
- Active participation in risk management, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with children
- Background in hospitality, childcare, education, or recreation
- Friendly, responsible, patient, and safety-oriented personality
- A proactive leader with strong integrity and professionalism
