Job Summary
Ensure the safety and security of all children in the gym's Kids Club area by monitoring infants, toddlers, and older children. Organize and participate in recreational activities, including games, reading sessions, and teaching simple crafts and songs. Sanitize toys and equipment, complete daily cleaning checklists, and maintain order in the play area. Secure special needs children in equipment as needed and assist with personal needs like diaper changing or restroom assistance. Verify parental ID checks, enforce facility policies, and complete necessary paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Infant and Child First Aid and CPR
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years childcare experience
