Job Summary
Cares for infants, toddlers, and older children in a specific gym area, ensuring their safety and security while organizing recreational activities like games and teaching crafts and songs. Sanitizes toys and equipment, completes daily cleaning checklists, and helps plan weekly age-appropriate activities. Pages parents for discipline issues or personal needs such as diaper changing and restroom assistance, while verifying parental ID during child check-in and check-out. Ensures no food or drinks are present in the Kids Club and maintains order by storing toys and materials. Attends all required staff meetings and completes necessary paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Infant and Child First Aid and CPR
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years childcare experience
