Job Summary
Maintain order in the Kids' Cabin by properly caring for children from 6 months to 12 years, ensuring their safety while supervising games, arts & crafts, and reading activities. Communicate directly with children and parents, handle pressure situations with confidence, and keep the facility sanitized, clean, and organized. Complete administrative and billing tasks accurately while following all policies outlined in the Department Manual and Employee Handbook. Must be at least 17 years of age with experience in group settings and CPR/first aid training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Must have 2 quality references
- Must have experience with children in a group setting
- Must have basic computer and reception skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be accurate
- Must possess good organizational abilities
- Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to bend, kneel and lift small children
- Must possess customer service skills
- Must have strong oral communication skills
- Must be able to handle pressure situations including possible life threatening situations with confidence and composure
Desired Qualifications
