Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior, while serving as an integral member of the clinical team to implement skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment by connecting with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness, delivering services in clients' homes or community-based locations. This entry-level role offers paid training with no prior experience required, suitable for those seeking part-time positions with flexible afternoon or evening hours. A minimum six-month commitment is required.

- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
